The USC Women's Basketball team woke up early Monday morning, January 18th to assist in a live telethon at WISTV in Columbia, SC. Said Coach Dawn Staley, "We believe in the mission of the American Red Cross and the impact they have around the world. We want to support the Red Cross right here in our community." Jim Hudson Automotive Group provided  a challenge to the community to raise fund for the International Response Fund of the American Red Cross. All Donations raised through the telethon were matched dollar for dollar up to $25,000 by Jim Hudson. The community met this challenge and raised $27, 461...making the Grand Total for the one day telethon $52,461.
